Death returned pop legend Michael Jackson back to humanity in a fascinating way that no acres of news print or hours of airtime could decipher.
But now director Kenny Ortega, along time collaborator of the fallen legend, has brought the dead singer back to live in the intriguing "Michael Jackson’s This Is It" film, a disturbing, artless, but massively interesting drama about the life and times of Jackson.

The story line involves a socially inept ‘witch’ for a boss Margaret Tate (Sandra Bullock) an executive editor in chief in a book publishing company and her assistant Andrew Paxton (Ryan Reynolds).
Andrew has worked with her for three years and she barely knows his surname. Margaret is threatened to be deported as she had failed to file some documents.
Her bosses inform her that in the event she is deported back to Canada, she will no longer work for the company. Drastic times, drastic measures!

For me, the most annoying thing about Spanish and Filipino telenovelas has always been the voiceover translations. It always seems that there's only one voiceover artist who makes a poor attempt at disguising his or her voice for various characters. The background noises almost always seem to be incompatible with the actions - it's quite annoying to hear clanking footsteps when someone is walking barefoot on a concrete floor.

A perfect wedding may have been billed but a perfect wedding it certainly isn't. In fact it is the most imperfect wedding.

Watching this show the first time is bound to startle anyone especially while viewing the scene where Tru Davis (Eliza Patricia Dushku) is handling a dead body only to have the corpse turn to her whispering two words, "Help me."

The Magic Makeover is nothing like magic but shows that a good appearance needs work, professionals, good accessories, an eye for personal style and creativity. The show airs on NTV every Sunday at 6.35 p.m. and is a breath of fresh air. The timing is great for a woman who is looking for ideas before she chooses her outfits for the week.
